This was just a joke he made when he spoke on stage at the Emergency conference in Prague.

The flood of memecoins transactions created chaos the team couldn’t foresee in advance. These issues included memory bandwidth bottlenecks and transaction throughput challenges. The team introduced localized fee markets to create a more adaptive and resilient network. What started as outages turned into a blueprint for a powerhouse blockchain.
