British Pensioners Invest in Bitcoin


For the first time in the history of the UK, a pension fund has invested directly in Bitcoin. And not just invested, but did it very aggressively - 3% of all assets. For comparison: American pension funds usually limit themselves to 0.1%.

- The fund bought Bitcoin itself, not an ETF or other derivatives.

- For security, the private key is divided between five independent organizations.

- Cartwright is also launching a program to pay salaries in Bitcoin.
