AI and Reality 

The IT community is buzzing about Metaverses, WEB3, and AI. Soon, we'll see major technological changes, with full-fledged AI likely having the biggest impact on our lives.

Current AI, while impressive, isn't truly intelligent yet. However, it's rapidly improving. In a few years, AI might outperform humans in intellectual and creative work, potentially replacing programmers, designers, writers, and artists.

This technological leap could cause significant social upheaval. What will happen to millions of "extra" people whose jobs are taken by more efficient AI?

Ironically, those now celebrating AI's advancements may soon find themselves jobless.

Crypto Exchanges vs SEC Litigation between US Securities and Exchange Commission and major crypto exchanges is ongoing.  The SEC, following the position of its head Gary Gensler, accuses Coinbase, Binance and Kraken of illegal work as unlicensed securities trading activities. So far, illegal trading in securities is the commission’s favorite accusation. Usually, it classified cryptocurrency to securities without any special checks and expertise. If there is cryptocurrency, then it is a security. The exception is Bitcoin, but it is a dubious asset that suspicious people use for dark causes. However, Ripple managed to prove in court that at least monets traded on the stock exchange cannot be considered cryptocurrencies. And then there is the decision of the futures commission that defined Ethereum as commodities. 25 years in prison for SBF The FTX crypto-exchange epic is over for its former Sam Bankman-Fried. The final was a sad one - SBF will have to spend 25 years in prison. However, there is a chance that he will get out earlier, but in any case, he will pay a significant part of his life for mistakes. As the process progressed, I changed my attitude towards SBF. At first, I was convinced that the charges were unfair and that he was being prosecuted on false charges. However, there were testimonies of witnesses, facts were given, and these facts showed at least incorrect actions. And then I thought that the SBF’s actions were dictated by his infantilism. Imagine a big kid who got a cool toy. He will admire, play, but one day do something destructive. Like ripping the head off a teddy bear or just trading a classmate for something else. Tether leaves the crypto community When we talk about cryptocurrencies, we imagine something independent, free from traditional finance. This is true, but only for certain cryptocurrencies that are fully decentralized. A fine example is Bitcoin. This is really a classic cryptocurrency, almost independent from the intervention of third parties, including developers. Indeed, the impossibility of such interference was embedded in the original ideas of Satoshi Nakamoto. That was the main ideological principle, and the blockchain helped put it into practice. We now see that principle being violated. CEO of Tether (USDT) Paolo Ardoino stated that he aims to become a world-class partner of the US to help "expand US$ hegemony".
