Olga Kharif of Bloomberg raises an issue that already has a significant impact on the crypto business, and, in the long run, could become critically important.

It is an issue of professional personnel able to ensure the development of the industry. 

Do you want to become a financial analyst and get the appropriate certificate? You will have to study for at least 900 hours, and you will be given a paper with a signature and a seal, and you can be called a certified financial analyst. Becoming an accountant is easier - you need to learn at least 300 hours.

And how to become a certified specialist in the field of blockchain or cryptocurrency? I wonder, is it harder than becoming a financial analyst? 

You have no idea how much easier this is. 

You pay $229, take an 11 hour course and become a blockchain professional. At least the Blockchain Council offers such a magical educational technique. However, this is not the limit! If you have $795, you can take a four-hour course, pass the exam and become a real professional!

In fact, I won’t be ironic, with the quality of the four-hour education everything is absolutely clear. Now we see how the crypto business has changed.

At the beginning of the development of blockchain technologies no one would ask even a diploma of education. A year or two ago you could ask for a diploma in the specialty that you want to engage in - programmer, marketer, accountant, etc.

After the Bitcoin-ETF approval, structures far more serious about employee education came to the market. At the same time, the demand for specialists has increased significantly. And here, various offers are possible.

The issue is really serious. Crypto business is a discipline that requires specific knowledge. Practice shows that knowledge, for example, in fiat finance, is harmful in the crypt. 

I believe that the crypto business should engage itself in educational programs, otherwise, «professionals» with four-hour training will blow the market.
