Crypto Exchanges vs SEC Litigation between US Securities and Exchange Commission and major crypto exchanges is ongoing.  The SEC, following the position of its head Gary Gensler, accuses Coinbase, Binance and Kraken of illegal work as unlicensed securities trading activities. Tether leaves the crypto community When we talk about cryptocurrencies, we imagine something independent, free from traditional finance. Who Owns the Mr. 100 Cryptowallet and What Does Upbit Have to Do With it?  Over the past two months, I've been keeping a close eye on the unusual activity of one Bitcoin wallet nicknamed "Mr. 100."
