I suspect that at some point we will get to the point where the process of distinguishing between humans and machines will become quite complex. To achieve this, the company is already concerned with confirming the humanity of each person - Worldcoin offers a solution called “proof of humanity.”

The Worldcoin system scans eye irises using an Orb device, which records information about human eyes in the form of a cryptographic code. Project participants receive WLD tokens as periodic subsidies. The creators consider this a form of global basic income. By the end of 2023, more than 4 million people had been scanned.
